Homeopathy and the Elements

Homeopathy and the Elements describes the elements of the Periodic Table and their combinations. This theory can be called the Element theory. The rows of the periodic system appear to have a similar theme. For example, the Elements from the 6th row have the theme of the leader, organizer in common. This row uses the name Gold Series. The columns appear to show a development in the theme of a row. From left to right in the periodic table we find a development of progress towards success and decay. It turns out to be a process. Hence the columns have been given the names of stages; They show stages of development in the theme of a series.

Summary

This book presents a new perspective on the homeopathic use of the elements and their combinations. This theory can be called the Elements Theory. The elements of Mendeleyev’s periodic table are the basic building blocks of nature. All other minerals, plants and animals are composed of these elements. The periodic table is a table in which the elements are grouped according to their properties. Elements in the same column have similar properties. For example, the halogens, elements from the 17th column of the periodic table, show great similarity in their chemical reactions. The same applies to elements from the same row of the table.

The relationships in the periodic table also appear to lead to relationships in the homeopathic picture. The Element Theory develops the themes of elements from the same row or column.

Series

The rows of the periodic table appear to have a common theme. For example, the elements in the sixth row share the theme of leader and organiser. This row is called the Gold Series.

Stages

The columns appear to represent a development in the theme of a row. From left to right in the periodic table, we find a development from rise to success and decline. This appears to be a process. That is why the columns have been given the name “stages”; they represent stages in the development of a theme in a series (row) of the periodic table.

Spiral

The different series appear to reflect the development of a human life. Each series has a theme that corresponds to a certain age. When the process of that theme is completed at that age, a new theme emerges. The whole thus resembles a cyclical process, which can be represented by a spiral.

6.7 Rhenium

‘The trainer’

Rhenium is a new remedy.

Signature

Rhenium was named after the river Rhine. It was discovered in 1925 and its chemical symbol is Re.

Rhenium is a rare metal. It is used in electric switches and electronic thermometers. It is very heat resistant, hence its use in heat wires and thermocouples. Jewellry is often coated with a thin layer of Rhenium, because it has a nice silvery sheen.

Essence: practising leadership.

Practising leadership

They have taken on the function of being a leader, and now they need some space to practice. They like to do it well, so they welcome some feedback that will get them on the right track again should they make a mistake.

Overview

They like to have an overview of how things work and what needs to be done. This is the only way they feel they can get a grip on the whole organisation.

Desire to be assisted in their directorship

They really need feedback, from superiors and from employees. They hate having to sort it out all on their own. They are very good at handling criticism, as long as it is constructive in showing them how to steer company. Compliments are even more welcome, it makes them glow with pleasure, and with pride if they are not careful.

Leadership by getting people to work together: coach

Their type of leadership is characterised by a desire to get people to cooperate with each other. The business will run much more smoothly because of it.

Leadership by giving compliments: stimulating

They tend to stimulate their employees into giving more of themselves. This way they improve the overall production. Occasionally they will give some negative feedback, but only if they think that people will learn from it.

Cooperating directors

They like to see a board of directors that cooperate with each other. They believe that the sum of their individual qualities can achieve more than a single person on his own.

Offended by criticism that their leadership is too technical

If the organisation isn’t doing too well they may get very sensitive to criticism. They will try to keep the exchange of ideas going, but the situation doesn’t allow too much time for lengthy discussions. They feel most hurt when people say their leadership is too technical and they don’t use enough muscle power to push ahead.

Failure through technical leadership

Their pitfall is their tendency to be too technical. They act according to the book, the way they learned it at their managers course. But they don’t trust their own intuition enough to make decisions when they should. They may also fail by putting too much emphasis on cooperation, so that there is nobody who takes overall responsibility when the situation demands it. They run the risk of getting stuck in endless discussions with other directors, union leaders, personnel managers etc. When a compromise is finally reached, there is very little left of the power of the original ideas.

A standard work in homeopathy with this book. The Element theory is an analysis of all the elements of the periodic table of Mendelejev. With this theory an analysis of the whole mineral kingdom became possible, predicting the pictures of many new remedies like Scandium and Ruthenium. Series: The rows of the periodic system have a theme. The rows are called series. The gold series, row 6 of the system, have the theme of the leader, the king. Stages: The columns represent stages in the development of the theme of a series. From left to right there’s a rise, top and fall. The columns are stages in the process of development. They are given the name of stage, numbered from 1 till 18.
